These Bearing are really good. They are the same as Bones: reds but cheaper because they don't come in a box.

They have good speed at push off (Unlike my friends ABEC 9s!). They have a removable plastic shield so you can clean it.

Overall I would give them 90/100 and I would give my friends ABEC 9s 75/100

You do realise that's all most skateboard bearings are? In fact, that's what the ABEC system relates to. It has nothing to do with skateboarding and no relevance to us at all...

gah! you beat me to it tony. i can't believe kids get so hyped up on this abec thing. as soon as you do a single powerslide the accuracy is gone, as the abec rating doesn't take any lateral movement into account. bones swiss have no abec rating. they are designed for skating and they are fast enough.

You want the Oust ones. Tensor sell them in the UK. Basically, the bearing races are deeper, so they hold the ball bearings tighter and reduce lateral movement.

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhh.........................

Bearings threads are in the f**kin PRODUCT OPINIONS forum, scroll down and you will find SEVERAL threads discussing the ins and outs of bearings. LOOK WITH YOUR EYES AND YOU SHALL FIND.
The threads are the f**kin same - they go round and round and round and round over the same f**kin issues and nobody gets anywhere with it.

BEARINGS ARE ONE OF THOSE THINGS THAT YOU BUY BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO, AND ULTIMATELY THEY ARE A WASTE OF MONEY IF YOU SPEND OVER A TENNER.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGHGHGHGH
GHGHGHGHGHGHGHGHGH
GHGHGHGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHH........................

........and relax. Cheers Dave.

Close.... but not quite. If you buy a legitimate skateboard company's bearings (oust/tensor or bones) you will notice a difference. Also, the ride is different if you get different types of bearing, eg. ceramic or titanium. However steel are the best, and oust should be your bearings of choice.

I hate bearings. I might take mine out of my wheels and ride without them! Hehehe, imagine that!!

I'm afraid you'd have to if you tried skating without no bearings, you might be lucky enough to roll a certain distance, but one wheel will snag on a bolt or come straight off, which will send you flying into a coma.

Imagine that!
