er im having trouble ollieing without the board leaving me behind can some 1 help coz its realy annoying ive tried on the spot and can do it a couple of times but never in motion.

May i suggest you read a few of the relevant articles on this here site? They can be quite useful..

All i can say us, if you know the method of doing the ollie, then just keep at it, if you dont, ask again Very Happy

Shoulders Straight with the deck, body balanced.

Should be about it, then it's pop and kick. Other beginners on here have succedeed in ollieng for the first time, so it's just a case of patience.

Yeah just keep at it, the internet wont really help you much for learning tricks, you just kinda need to know how to do em, and then get out there and learn

bah im no expert especially seen as im fudged up at ollies,but if your leaving the board behing my guess is either your griptape sucks, or your jumping to far forward, or whan your dragging your foor up, something funkys happening (by the way im still experimenting with the word funky so excuse me) but practice makes perfect (unless your crippled or sligtly ret*rded Very Happy

daf - I think I've seen the same guy was it the Latin Summer X-Games? The skater ruled he came in the top 8 I belive.

Yeah i saw him on extreme some day, he did a 360flip with his hands...that was awesome. he probably did more stuff too, but i cant really remember, it was a few months back i think.

With his hands..they just said that....o-o
Anyways to ollie it's just about practice once you have the method down, jump less foward, drag you pinky toe up the board not your entire foot. These lil tips may help you.
