- Shipping & Delivery.
- We use the Royal Mail for 1st and 2nd Class deliveries, Parcel Force and major UK couriers. For international orders, the couriers we use are Royal Mail International, Parcel Force International, and TNT. Please be advised that for countries outside the EU, Including the Canary Islands, there may be customs and VAT charges that the customer is expected to pay. Freeroamers/eryc unfortunately is not liable for these payments. Some countries use more rigorous security checks please make yourself aware of these prior to purchasing. If you have a preferred delivery method please contact us. We do not offer a ‘pick up from our warehouse’ service. All orders are processed for dispatch the following day depending on the delivery requested. A signature will be required for all deliveries. All delivery days are based on standard working days from Monday – Friday (ex-bank holidays).

We also provide information on a range of activities associated to our industry. We use the information that we collect to fulfil your order and it is our intention to create a more personal service and visitor experience. We do not pass on any details to third parties without your consent. By visiting/signing in or ordering from eryc you agree that Freeroamers Ltd may set cookies on y bourrowser this enables us to recognise you when you visit and process orders more quickly.
- Returns.
- Freeroamers/eryc.co.uk is committed to you as a valued customer. Our customer service team are here ensure you are satisfied with your purchase and visit to the eryc website. Should you wish to return any unused products please follow the ‘returns’ links on our homepage or follow the instructions provided with your goods. We have several suppliers and warehouse locations it is essential that the goods you wish to return are sent to the correct location.
- Ordering.
- Ordering products from out site is straightforward and easy just select your products click on them and they will be added to your shopping cart. When you have finished shopping just hit the checkout button. If you have used our website before and are a registered just enter your email address and password and your stored details will be entered automatically. If you are new customer to eryc then follow the registration process and once you have completed customer registration you can continue with your purchases. Confirm your order and check the items you wish to purchase, check the payment method and delivery address are correct then submit your order.

- Payment.
- We accept all major debit and credit cards from Visa and Mastercard. You can also use Paypal and Google Checkout.
- Payment via card.
- Insert all your card details on the payment page. If you use Verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure code you may be requested to enter your password to verify the transaction. You will receive a confirmation email for your order. If you do not receive confirmation by email please contact us. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirming this.
- Discount codes.
- Enter the valid discount code in the discount code box and your discount will be automatically deducted from the total.
- Gift Vouchers
- To use a gift voucher, shop as normal and add your purchases to your cart and go to checkout. To pay for your products enter the gift voucher number on the shipping and payment page, in the Gift Voucher box. If your order value is less than the amount on the gift voucher then the remaining balance will be left on your account to be redeemed next time you shop with us. If the total of your order is more than the amount on the gift voucher, you can pay for the remaining amount using your credit card debit card or PayPal account. Refunds on gift voucher purchases are added to your account.
- Alternative payment methods.
- If you are unable to purchase using a debit or credit card we can supply you with details for a BACS transfer this is a simple and very secure process and allows you to transfer the amount directly to our bank. This method can add up to 3 days to the delivery time of your order. We also accept cheques including € (euro) cheques although these need to clear before your order can be processed and can take between 5 and 10 days.
- Viewing Orders.
- You can check the status of a current order or view your order and payment history just by accessing your account after login.
- Updating Account Information.
- If you need to update your account information e.g. change of name, address or payment details please access your account and follow the instructions.
