All Orders for Next Day or 2 Working Days will require a signature before delivery.  It is the customers responsibility to ensure a signature can be obtained.  In the event that goods cant not be delivered and a signature not obtained it is the customers responsibility to collect or re-arrange delivery from the Royal Mail sorting office or courier depot. Freeroamers Ltd/eryc.co.uk accept no responsibility for goods that are delayed or go missing after delivery has been attempted by the Royal Mail or our appointed courier.

Please note that not all orders are dispatched from the same warhouse, so extra shipping can be incurred for spereate items purchased.

The within 5 day delivery option is sent via 2nd class Royal Mail and can on very rare occasions take up to 14 working days and cannot be chased with the post office until 3 weeks after posting.

Excludes NSP surfboards which have Free UK Delivery / Excludes All SUP's which are quoted as a Double Kayak due to size please ring for more information.

All Surfboards and Kayaks will be delivered using couriers who we have found  to be the most reliable and offer the best service available but it is essential that the product is inspected for damage before it is signed for in ‘good condition’. No claim can be made for damage once the product is signed for in ‘good condition’ so the product needs to be unpacked and inspected for damage before signing. We unfortunately cannot offer compensation for items that have not been inspected properly.

Next Working Day and 2 Working Day delivery to Scotland, Isle of Man, and Isle of Wight will take an extra 24 hours. Parcels to all Uk destinations are delivered between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday and require a signature.
