Please use the returns form that was packaged with your item. Or email sales@eryc.co.uk with your order reference number, emails to any other address may not be answered.
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and return it to us within 14 days.
Important Returns information, please read:
Please note that all items returned to us must be unused and in a resellable condition including tags and original packaging. If you wish to return any items please use the slip that was sent with your item package. It contains a form to fill in to allow us to quickly process your refund and the address for return. If you are having any problems with the form please call us on 02921 251101.
We regret we cannot give refunds for carriage on incorrect purchases. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note in the case of wetsuits, rash vests and other items where it states colors may vary, we do not pay for carriage to return items because the colour is not suitable with certain products. i.e wetsuits, rashvests, boards etc. Please also note we don't offer a refund on Ear-plugs due to hygiene issues or DVD's which have had the cellophane removed or seals broken.
You are responsible for items sent back to us until they are received by ourselves at the correct address. We therefore recommend returning items using an insured method and obtain proof of postage. No charge is made by the post office for this service. We can only process refunds if we receive the goods this is your responsibility to ensure we receive the goods in an undamaged condition. We will refund the return postsge costs on goods that are returned as damaged. Some goods need to be unpacked and inspected prior to signing these goods are clearly marked with the instructions any items not inspected can not be refunded. If the exterior packaging is damgaged you are advised either, not to accept the item, report that the package is damaged before signing for it, open the item and fully inspect it, you then have the opportunity to accept delivery in its condition or reject delivery and return it to the courier. We will not under any circumatnces offer refunds or any form of compensation for goods that have been accepted and signed for by you or your agents this includeds family or friends and are then reported as damaged. Once signed for you have accepted the goods as inspected and in a satisfactory condition.
Finally please note that all exchanges under warranty are dispatched on our standard 5 day service.
